Separators

Our separator range has been designed to separate hydrocarbons and silts from surface water in drainage areas and retaining them for removal when required.

Designed and manufactured from polyethylene to be compact and lightweight, our systems are versatile and can be used for multiple purposes.

The ranges include Bypass Separators, Silt Separators and Vehicle Wash Separators.

Separator Systems

  • Geoceptor

    BYPASS SEPARATOR

    GBS 3.5 - 8

    The Geoceptor range has been designed to separate hydrocarbons and silts from surface water with a drainage area of up to

    10,000 sqm.

    Independently tested over an 18 month period at a leading European testing facility, the Geoceptor complies with EN 858 1-2. Proven to remove hydrocarbons from surface water to less than 1 mg/litre.

    Very compact and lightweight the range is manufactured from polyethylene, making it robust and safe.

    The filter system located in the top section of the unit, can be removed for cleaning or replaced within minutes helping you to make savings on maintenance costs.

    Available in 8 sizes.

  • Silt Guardian

    SILT SEPARATOR

    SG 1-4

    The Silt Guardian is the sister of the accredited Geoceptor bypass separator.

    It utilises particular aspects of the Geoceptor design to intercept silt and solids upstream of storm attenuation systems.

    The Silt Guardian is also equally at home in vehicle wash applications where its design gives improved results in removing silt and lighter solids from wash down areas.

    Specifications and dimensions are listed in the below table.

    Available in 4 sizes.

  • Washceptor

    WASH DOWN SEPARATOR

    WVWS 1000 - 10,000

    The Washceptor range is predominantly used in vehicle wash down areas or jet wash bays to separate detergents or silt and dirt and prevent them from being discharged into the drainage system.

    The Washceptor comes in 4 size ranges:

    1200, 2000, 3000, 6000

    Each unit comes as a single, two or three stage option to suit the required application. Multi stage units are delivered as separate chambers.

    All Washceptors produce Class 2 discharge levels and must discharge to a foul drain.
